StayRule ("StayRule", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website stayrule.com and provides subscription-based compliance management software services ("Service"). By accessing or using StayRule, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Company Information: StayRule is operated by Jamal Q.S as a sole proprietor.

1. Description of Service

StayRule is a cloud-based compliance management platform that provides:

• Automated deadline tracking for short-term rental requirements
• Document vault for storing compliance documents
• Evidence Pack generation for regulatory compliance
• Team collaboration features for property management teams
• Support for multiple cities and jurisdictions
• Real-time compliance monitoring and alerts

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use StayRule, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No payment information required.

Paid Subscriptions: After trial period, paid subscription required. Plans include:

• Hoster Plan: $39/month - Up to 5 properties
• Manager Pro Plan: $89/month - Up to 25 properties
• Portfolio Plan: $399/month - Up to 100 properties

Billing: Subscription fees charged in advance. Auto-renewal unless cancelled.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment service provider. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize recurring payments.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial to evaluate our service. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StayRule for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Intellectual Property

StayRule and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using StayRule, you consent to our data practices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations.

12. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan.
